Alex holds dual master's degrees in Accounting and Business Administration (MBA) in Australia. With a strong grasp of macroeconomic trends and policy fundamentals, he brings deep expertise in property investment strategy. As a seasoned investor and former General Manager of a publicly listed Australian real estate company, Alex possesses comprehensive industry insight.
In 2020, he founded Aofangce, a real estate advisory firm that leverages data analytics and fundamental analysis to help hundreds of investors secure A-grade investment properties. By the end of 2024, Aofangce Media had grown to a community of over one million followers across all platforms.
In 2025, Alex was appointed Head Trainer and Senior Data Analyst at one of Australia's top real estate data platforms, specialising in training professional buyer's agents nationwide. His latest book, The Aofangce Strategy (in Mandarin), published in 2025, has been regarded as the definitive guide to property investment for Chinese Australians.
