Is the Vision Membership a Buyer’s Agency Service?
No. The 'VISION Membership' is our flagship service, offering an all-in-one property investment solution designed to build a personalised multi-property portfolio and help you achieve financial freedom. This includes:
*Strategic investment planning
*Support from five senior professionals: property strategist, finance strategist, tax accountant, wealth planner, and legal advisor
*Ongoing assistance with acquiring and managing multiple properties across Australia (new and established)
*Guidance on family trusts and SMSFs (Self-Managed Super Funds)
This service focuses on long-term portfolio building and comprehensive management. By comparison, the Buyer’s Agency service is designed for purchasing a single property only. It covers roughly 25% of what the VISION Membership service provides.
How Long Does the Service Last?
The initial Vision Membership lasts for three years. From the fourth year, the membership renews annually. This structure gives Members the opportunity to review our service before choosing to continue.

Do you find new properties or old properties for me?
We do both. Once you join the membership, you can choose either the New Property Pathway or the Old Property Pathway. Either pathway can help you achieve financial freedom, with distinct differences. We believe every type of property exists for a reason, and they are suitable for different people.
Where do you find properties?
We source both new and existing properties nationwide.

Are third-party services included in the Membership fee?
Direct consultation and work by a third party generally incur an additional cost beyond the membership fee. This includes, for example, one-on-one consultation, trust structure setup, conveyancing, tax returns, property management, and buyer’s agency fees when you choose the Old Property Pathway. However, these costs are at or below market rates and come with high-quality service. Please refer to our Service Brochure for more details.
Is the Membership Fee Tax-Deductible?
This is a question for your accountant. In our experience, it usually is.
Can I use part of the VISION Membership service?
Unfortunately, no. We do not offer partial services such as negotiation only, analysis only, or inspection support only. We provide the full service package.
Can I become a Member and buy properties elsewhere?
We prefer to work with genuine clients. You become a member because you want to use our one-stop service to find suitable properties for you. We do not encourage you to buy a property on your own or via another agent or buyer’s agent. If you join simply for consultation, we offer one-on-one consultations at a much lower cost. You may choose to give us notice to end the membership before buying a property elsewhere. Please refer to the Membership Agreement for details.
Can I ask my partner to join?
Yes. You only pay one membership fee for your family. We prefer to have all your family members join our meetings and make decisions together.
