Step 2: Engagement Agreement (via Email)

Once cash or loan readiness is confirmed, we'll guide you through e-signing the service agreement and onboarding process.

Step 3: Strategy Meeting (Week 1)

Deep dive into your needs — target property type, price range, location, cash flow, and capital growth expectations.

Step 4: Suburb Selection (Week 1)

We shortlist 2–3 candidate suburbs using proprietary data analysis from 15,000+ suburbs. You choose one after reviewing our detailed suburb report.

Step 6: Contract & Legal (via Email or Phone)

We screen available and potential off-market listings, then present 1–2 shortlisted properties per session. If none fit, we re-run this step biweekly until success.

Step 5: Property Shortlisting (Week 2 onward)

Your solicitor will explain the purchase contract. We coordinate any required revisions and e-signing. Identity verification included.

Step 7: Settlement & Pre-Handover Inspections

We offer multiple options:

We don't "claim" to live in every suburb — but we rely on robust data platforms and in-house analytics to assess suburb performance. Our lead strategist is a senior trainer at one of Australia's largest property data platforms, helping agents nationwide with research best practices.

Is a physical inspection required?

If you're buying a home to live in, we recommend inspecting it. For investment properties, 97% of our clients skip inspections — they invest based on numbers, not emotion.

Can buyer's agent fees be tax-deductible?

Yes, for investment properties, the buyer's agent fee is part of the cost base and may offset capital gains tax when selling.

Can I only use part of your service?

No. We provide a complete, structured service — partial use (e.g. only negotiations or property viewings) is not supported.
